The UETCL Telecommunications POP House at Lugogo Substation is a critical infrastructure project designed to enhance Uganda's national power grid communication capabilities. This state-of-the-art facility serves as a telecommunications point of presence (POP) for Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Limited (UETCL), supporting grid management, operational communications, and data transmission.
Located at the strategic Lugogo Substation in Kampala, this facility houses advanced networking equipment, fiber optic termination systems, and backup power infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted communication across the national grid. The project was designed to meet UETCL's stringent requirements for reliability, security, and future scalability.
