The Kakumiro District Headquarters Phase 2 & 3 project represents a significant investment in local government infrastructure development. This multi-phase project was designed to provide modern, functional administrative facilities that would enhance public service delivery and support the growing needs of Kakumiro District's population.
Phase 2 focused on the construction of additional office blocks, conference facilities, and public service areas, while Phase 3 involved the development of support structures including staff quarters, parking facilities, and landscape improvements. The project incorporated sustainable design principles and local materials to ensure environmental compatibility and cultural relevance.
The completed complex now serves as a hub for district administration, providing efficient workspaces for government staff and accessible service points for the local community.

State-of-the-art conference facility with capacity for 200 people, equipped with modern audio-visual systems and simultaneous translation capability.
